Service Description

This class is designed for BEGINNER LEVEL Students with more than 8 weeks of training. These classes will build on the Foundation skills you've learned to begin weaving together the singular movements with layering and nuance.   How to Prepare: Class participants should bring water to every class. Wear comfortable athletic/dance clothing, preferably that fits close in the hips and belly to help the instructor observe your technique. Shoes or socks are not recommended. No skirts please.
